Return Policy - La Creativa del Forte

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If a received product is damaged or does not match what is shown on the website lacreativadelforte.com, we are ready to intervene with a quick solution at no additional cost.

RETURN FOR DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT

If the received product:

  • has damage (breakage, structural or functional defects), or
  • is non-conforming (graphics, color or features different from those indicated on the site)

the customer is entitled to receive the same product as a replacement free of charge.

NOTE: some products or parts of them are handmade creations and as such may present characteristics inherent to the material or the workmanship that are not considered as non-conformities. For example, this applies to parts made of wood, whose roughness is characteristic of the material and does not constitute a defective or non-conforming part.

 

B) PROCEDURE FOR REFUND THROUGH FREE RESHIPMENT:

1. Send an email to info@lacreativadelforte.com within 7 days of receiving the package with:

  • a description of the problem encountered;
  • at least two clear photographs of the product, where the defect or irregularity is visible;
  • the order number and the name of the account holder.

2. Our team will review the submitted materials within 2 working days and, if the defect is confirmed, we will proceed to ship a new identical product (same design, color, and format) to the provided address free of charge.

C) LIMITATIONS:

  • Free reshipment is allowed only once per order.
  • The replacement only concerns the same item ordered; it is not possible to change it for another item or change the characteristics of the same item.
  • Returns for errors attributable to the customer (e.g. incorrectly sent personalized graphics, wrong choice of model or size) are not accepted.

D) OTHER CONDITIONS:

  • We do not issue cash refunds in case of breakage or discrepancies, but only free replacement.
  • In the case of a customized product, the right of withdrawal is not applicable, except for the above-mentioned cases (defects/discrepancies).

Any shipping costs for other reasons are non-refundable.
